First National Gore Complaints Procedures
In the event that you feel that you have not received the level of professional conduct judiciously required by a Licensee then you have the right to address those concerns with us or with the Real Estate Authority.
First National Gore (Licenced Agent REAA Act 2008) has an in-house complaints procedure that is set out in the attached forms.
You should be aware that you may access the Real Estate Agents Authorities Complaints process (see below for contact details) without using Maxwell Realty Ltd First National's in-house process. If you do use our in-house process, this does not prelude you from using the Authorities complaints procedure as well.

Making a complaint through the Real Estate Authority (“REA”)
You should be aware that you may access the REA’s complaints process first without using the above in-house procedures, and that any use of the in-house procedures does not preclude you from making a complaint to the REA.
